I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around on foot or by transport. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the overall experience very pleasant. One small area for improvement would be the in-room amenities. It would have been convenient to have items like a luggage scale or even a bathroom scale available, which are often handy for travelers. Overall, the combination of great location, professional staff, and comfortable facilities makes this a solid choice for a stay in Glasgow.

提前寫的特別需求要求高樓層，不要角落，給了幾乎最低（2到7層，給的3層），最角落的房間（315），連門都是陷進去的。觀察了一下，這一側都是同房型，我們辦理入住時前面沒有別的客人，以後一小時都有客人入住318房間（非角落）。要求的每天兩個浴帽衹有第一天有。第三床被子一直沒有。找酒店要拖鞋，從早上打電話答應送來，直到晚上打第三個電話才送來。酒店餐廳服務亂七八糟，有一晚在餐廳吃飯，點的三個菜，三個飲品衹上對一個。rose酒先上了一個不涼的，要求換，之後上來一杯顏色不同的，提出質疑後，另外的服務員説點錯了。結賬的時候賬單是兩杯酒的費用。

服務滿意，前台不錯，在房間門口詢問游泳池的位置，這小哥熱心的帶到樓下游泳池邊，否則這位置還真不好找！停車場入口在正門的背面，有充足的停車位。酒店位置到景點和餐廳商場都可步行到達。

The rooms were large and lovely, with a great bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The problem was that my bedside table was dirty! It was sticky, with cup stains everywhere, which is not good for a Hilton brand! Nice breakfast

這次入住體驗超乎預期！酒店位置極好，在市中心。房間雖不奢華但非常乾淨舒適，床品睡起來很舒服。最值得稱讚的是員工的服務態度，熱情周到，有問必答。以這個價格來説，絕對是物超所值的選擇，強烈推薦！

Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.
